Takachiho Koheki Group Human Rights Policy
The Takachiho Koheki Group recognizes its responsibility to respect the human rights of all individuals involved in
its business activities, contributing to the global effort to achieve a sustainable society. This Human Rights
Policy has been established to complement and integrate with the CSR Charter and the Corporate Code of Conduct.
- Definition of Human Rights
The human rights addressed in this Human Rights Policy encompass all
internationally recognized human rights. These include, for example, freedom from forced labor and child
labor, freedom of residence and movement, freedom of association, the right to collective bargaining,
and freedom from all forms of discrimination and harassment.
- Scope of Application
This Human Rights Policy applies to all executives and employees of the Takachiho
Koheki Group (hereinafter, “the Company”). In addition, the Company requests the support and cooperation
of companies within its supply chain, as well as other business partners, in promoting the principle of
this Human Rights Policy.
- Implementation of Human Rights Due Diligence
Through the implementation of human rights due diligence, the Company strives to prevent causing or contributing to adverse impacts on human rights through its business activities. In addition, the Company is committed to mitigating any such impacts should they occur.
- Remedy
Suppose it becomes evident that the Company has caused or contributed to adverse impacts on human rights. In that case, the Company will take appropriate remedial actions in line with the nature and scope of those impacts.
- Dialogue with Stakeholders
The Company will engage in meaningful dialogue and consultation with relevant stakeholders regarding its initiatives under this Human Rights Policy.
