Basic Approach and Promotion Framework

Sustainability Basic Policy

Takachiho Koheki recognizes addressing environmental issues, social challenges, and corporate governance are key priorities in our management policy. Under our corporate philosophy of Creativity, as a technology trading company, and by considering the entire supply chain, we are committed to contributing to the realization of a prosperous future and a sustainable society.

Sustainability Promotion Framework

The Group strives to contribute to the sustainable development of industry and society by tackling social challenges through its business activities. While the direct environmental impact of climate change on our operations is expected to be minimal, we acknowledge its increasing importance and have identified it as a key management priority. Additionally, we recognize the critical role of human capital, including promoting workforce diversity, and are actively pursuing initiatives in this area.
The Group has identified key issues under its Sustainability Basic Policy, including environmental conservation (such as addressing climate change), respect for human rights, workforce diversity, and human capital, along with related risk management. These matters are treated as critical priorities and are discussed and monitored by the Board of Directors. Additionally, we have established an ESG/SDGs Promotion Project led by the director in charge of environmental management, aimed at advancing sustainable management practices. Decisions made by this project are submitted to the Board, where progress, along with associated business risks and opportunities, is reviewed annually.
