Basic Approach
The Takachiho Koheki Group considers it essential to build and maintain sincere and positive relationships with customers and business partners through our business activities while placing importance on earning the trust of society and stakeholders. Based on the understanding that fulfilling corporate social responsibility at all times contributes to enhancing corporate value, the Group has established the CSR Charter, the Corporate Code of Conduct, and the Human Rights Policy. Each executive and employee takes pride in being a member of the Group and strives to enhance morality and manners as responsible members of society.
Compliance Framework
The Takachiho Koheki Group encourages executives and employees to adhere not only to legal regulations, but also to ethical and moral principles grounded in societal norms, enabling them to act in a manner they would not be ashamed of in both business activities and social life. To monitor compliance, the Compliance Committee meets regularly every quarter to share compliance violations, internal reports, and the progress of the Compliance Program. The outcome of discussions at the Compliance Committee are reported to the Board of Directors twice a year for supervision and guidance.
