Quality and Environmental Policy

Environmental Management System

Our environmental management system encompasses both directly controllable aspects and those with indirect influence on activities, products, and services. The system identifies both positive and negative environmental aspects.

The Environmental Manager prepares a company-wide list of environmental objectives and targets, based on assessment results from Comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment Sheets, the environmental policy, and stakeholder requirements. The list is then reviewed by the Environmental Committee.

The Environmental Manager communicates the results of discussions to all employees and initiates environmental management system activities.

The understanding and cooperation of each division manager is sought to facilitate the smooth execution of these activities.

Each division manager formulates an action plan to achieve the objectives and creates an Environmental Management Program. They develop the necessary annual training plans at the same time.

Each division manager provides a quarterly report to the Environmental Manager on goal achievement and the status of operational management under the Environmental Management Program.

In addition, the Environmental Committee, led by the Environmental Manager and the President, meets quarterly to review the progress of each division's plans and to discuss issues.
