Takachiho Koheki Co., Ltd. has installed and operates a surveillance camera system with a facial recognition function in our offices to ensure the safety and security of customers and employees, as well as to prevent unlawful acts.

• Images captured by facial recognition cameras (including full-body images and facial images)
• Facial Feature Data
• Information related to individuals who committed the criminal or nuisance act (date and time of execution, damage information, personal characteristics and personal images)

Strict safety control measures are implemented to prevent leakage or misuse of camera images. In accordance with our regulations, access is limited to the minimum necessary and all images will be promptly deleted after the predetermined storage period.
